My Atlanta Dog Training Program

I am a professional dog trainer based out of Atlanta, Georgia. I offer professional dog training throughout the Atlanta area, including all of DeKalb County, Buckhead, Inman Park, and Grant Park. My Atlanta dog training program begins in your home, away from distractions, where we’ll work on your dog’s focus and your communication with him/her.  Once we have achieved great focus, we’ll move the training to a convenient, public setting where we’ll work with your dog on all of his/her new skills, making them completely reliable no matter what level of distraction is around!

In addition to having several years of training experience, I am a member of Canine Trade Group is an exclusive network of professional dog trainers who are Our Atlanta Dog Training Program is unmatched, and offered throughout DeKalb Countydedicated to the highest standards of professional conduct. All Canine Trade Group trainers, regardless of their prior experience, undergo a rigorous training program that consists of an intensive study of dog behavior, learning and training theory, followed by a comprehensive 160 hour in-residence, hands-on component, where we primarily work with dogs suffering from moderate to severe behavior issues.   Like the rest of the trainers in my network, when I commit to working with a new client, I commit to working with you until we achieve ALL of our training goals.

To do this, I always start training with a comprehensive, two hour behavior consultation where I’ll come out to meet your dog, and get a sense of his/her personality and temperament. I’ll also talk at length with you about your dog’s issues, what you have tried in the past (many of my clients have had one, two, or more, trainers before meeting me) and what your ultimate goals are.

Once I have met your dog, and we have had a chance to talk, I’ll let you know exactly what the issues are, why they are occurring (despite your best efforts) and EXACTLY what I would recommend to help. I will formulate a realistic training plan that takes your lifestyle into account, and if we decide to work together, I commit to working with you until we achieve our goals.
