Certified service dog distinctions to know
A certified service dog is one that’s undergone comprehensive training in obedience and specific task work relating to mental, physical, or medical alert support. These dogs are calm in any scenario, possessing the ability to be undistracted by people, children, other dogs, or noise. As a result, these certified canines can go where other pets can’t, including public or privately owned settings.
Peachtree Dog Training is proud to offer service dog training and certification in mobility support and psychiatric support. We do not offer medical alert service dog training at this time.
